As an entrepreneurial thought leader, Chad has achieved exceptional milestones, including generating over $3
billion in revenue and achieving $500 million in year-over-year cost savings. He has held pivotal leadership roles at industry giants such as Intel, Verizon, Raytheon, L3Harris, and Lockheed Martin, consistently delivering
strategic and financial impact.

Chad’s distinguished career includes roles such as Chief Technology Officer for L3Harris Military Training, where he grew the portfolio by 300% in less than two years. He spearheaded internal and external R&D initiatives, led
next-generation product development, and served as the enterprise lead for AI/ML applications in autonomous
systems. He also supported M&A efforts, including post-merger technology integration and the implementation
of new processes and procedures. At Raytheon Missile Defense, as Growth Strategist/Senior Director, Chad supported the Business Unit President for Air Power & Land Warfare, developing next-generation growth strategies and overseeing a portfolio exceeding $8 billion. At Intel, he played a key role in scaling the DoD business unit for Intel Federal, crafting long-range growth strategies to achieve a $5 billion KPI and driving $175 million in cost savings for the Sales and Marketing Group.
